Four dishes the menu itself calls vegan
The cauliflower wings, the veggie empanadas, the macha brussels sprouts and the mushroom al pastor tacos all print "(vegan)" on the pub's own menu. That is the restaurant's own label, not my reading of an ingredient list, and it is rare enough on an El Paso bar menu to be the main reason this page exists.
Ordering the wings online forces a dairy choice
On the Toast ordering page the cauliflower wings will not go in the cart until you select a dipping sauce, and the choices are ranch, bleu cheese, both, or none. Pick "No Dipping Sauce". In the room, ask for them without.
The wings and the frites come out of a fryer that also handles fish
The same kitchen fries Icelandic cod, calamari-style mushrooms and shrimp. Whether the fryers are shared is not published and I have not asked, so if that matters to you it is a question for the counter.
21 and over after 7pm, and Sunday brunch is a different menu
The pub posts that the room is 21 and over after 7pm. Sunday runs a brunch service from 11am to 3pm on a menu that is not published online, so the dishes listed here are the regular food menu.
