Additional info
The menu separates vegetarian. It does not mark vegan.
Tandoor & Curry's ordering page has a "Vegetarian Entrees" heading sitting alongside chicken, fish, lamb and goat, so the meat question answers itself. Nothing anywhere on the menu is marked vegan, and the vegetarian section mixes paneer and cream dishes in with the ones that have neither.
The descriptions do more work than most
What is genuinely useful here is how specific the writing is. The dal makhani says butter and cream, the aloo matar says a creamy tomato sauce, the shahi paneer says yogurt. So when the chana masala says only a tomato-based sauce and the sarson da saag says only spices, that is worth something, and it is what I have gone on. It still is not the restaurant saying the dish is vegan, and ghee does not have to appear in a description to be in the pan.
The kitchen is halal, which does not mean vegetarian
The place is listed as halal and most of the menu is meat. Shared fryers for the pakoras and samosas, which sit next to a chicken pakora on the same list, are worth asking about.
