Additional info
The General Tso's Tofu description does not mention tofu
It is named General Tso's Tofu and sits on the vegan list, but the description on the menu reads fried eggplant, bell peppers, onions and carrots. Either the name or the description is out of date. Worth clarifying when you order if it matters which one you get.
The curries and noodle dishes are not on the vegan list
The green, red and yellow curries, pad Thai, drunken noodles and the rest of the noodle section sit in their own parts of the menu and none of them appear under the Vegan Dishes heading. Thai kitchens commonly build these on fish sauce, shrimp paste or oyster sauce. I have not asked whether that is the reason here, so treat them as a question rather than an option.
Four of the vegan dishes carry no description
The tofu Thai salad, Thai tofu soup, sesame tofu and teriyaki tofu are listed by name only. They are on the restaurant's own vegan list, which is the basis for listing them here, but nothing published says what is in the sauces.
