This branch lists a Veggie Rice Noodle Soup (281) described as a slow-simmered vegetable stock, and puts it on its vegan list. That is a different dish from the Veggie Tofu Rice Noodle Pho (202) at the Fred Wilson branch, whose description names beef broth. Order by the number if you can.
Four tofu dishes sit on the vegetarian list only
The clay pot tofu, curry tofu, pan fried tofu mix and the soft or crispy noodle with tofu appear under the vegetarian heading but not the vegan one. Nothing I found says what keeps them off it, and the clay pot carries no description at all. Ask before you assume.
